I believe it’s for the whole extended warranty period. Totally worth it IMHO and I got it too.

Thanks, I'll add that in.
Yes, I just bought mine through Flood as well....when I asked Ford directly (called them first to see if they had a better price) Ford Rep said headlights are covered and cost about 900 each.

I added that along with key protection. (I have a bad habit of abusing my key ring, plus it covers lost keys.) I suspect one of my fobs is going to get “lost” towards the end of my warranty.

I actually thought they would have been more than $900. We had a crazy hawk do a kamikaze run into a headlight on a G35 coupe doing 70 and cracked the lens. $1,400 for replacement! It had just come out and there were no aftermarket options yet.

It’s kind of insane how much the headlights cost....$135 seems like great cheap insurance.

I'm glad I read this thread. I went and looked at the plan. It's a pretty good deal compared to some. I only do about 8K miles a year (retired). I bought the 6 year 60K plan with key and light coverage....$730. About $250 a year for the three years outside Ford's warranty.

Do they actually cover the headlight lens/housing or is that just the lamp? I'm reading through the premium coverages and I haven't seen where it specifies. Or are the lamps really that expensive?
