Hey gang,

So I noticed just the other night, when I turn on my Rigids (either or both), I get nasty Radio Static.....What would cause this?????

I never noticed before as I listened to XM and it did not interfere with it. But my XM subsciption lapsed and I'm back to the Radio.

Thoughts please......

I had the same thing when I was wheelin' a few weekends back. Flip on my HIDX and I heard static on the handheld CB I was borrowing. I've since wrapped up wiring on my HIDX's, and haven't tested, but I hope it's gone with better connections.

It's a bad ground for sure. Go back and tighten/ redo connections
