Check your door sill, it has the vehicle manufacturer date.Is there a way to tell when your engine was built? A sticker somewhere?

How long does it take the gen 2 raptor oil to finally drain to the pan. I have my truck sitting on a level ground and gonna check 4 hours later to see if the Dealer is BS me about the level not changing since 1k miles after a recent oil change and valve covers
The foremen told me to check the next monday just to be safe?? Is that true, its takes hours for the oil to drain to the pan for a accurate reading.

I checked after 15min and I checked after more than 1 hour and get the 2 readings below. If you're working with him to do a procedural pre-check before the fix, I would just follow what he says. They'll need a solid trail to work from.
I don't time it but I wait long enough that 99.9% of the oil has gravitated back to the pan. It's probably about 1/2 hour or hour. That is plenty of time to wait for a level check while the oil is still hot. I wouldn't sweat it though for normal checks.
Whatever time you choose, keep it consistent. So if you wait an hour, whenever you check, wait an hour then check.
If you are losing oil after a few days, then yeah you have a leak. Internal leaks are scary. I'd hate to know where that oil is leaking to.
After I added oil, per my above post, I checked a few days later and was still at perfect level. Over the coming weeks, I'll check it periodically to make sure. If it drops suddenly, I'll have to add it to my list of issues...
