Is there any type of filter to clean, or any maintenance needed, to keep the seat vents flowing like they did when new? There is definitely a drop in performance of the cooling since the truck was new. Thanks.

I know on the early Gen1's there was a filter in there. But they took it out on later Gen1's as my 13 did not have a filter in there. But there is a grill/cover that can get clogged and needed to be cleaned. I would expect they have the same kind of cover on the Gen2's.

Well, goat hair on the drivers seat? Are you sure it’s goat hair plugging the holes? Check for familiar odors, that might give you a better idea how to clean. You might consider using ***** training pads on the seat.

I would say loosen the debris with a horsehair brush and vacuum. Compressed air might push the debris/lint further into the perforated leather.

Come on FRF, stop scapegoating @Oldfart
