This is gonna sound stupid, but check the rear window defogger. No one, I repeat, No one ever checks it.
Guess what! Mine was trashed. The conductive material was scratched off on at least 5 of the lines.
No I have to convince Ford that I didn't do it. The lines look like they're there, but there's no conductive material on them.

You're not suppose to wash the windows with a wire brush!

Tell that to the person who did it.
I've had the truck for 6 weeks and this was hidden by the rear headrest.
Might just live with it since my rear window doesn't leak and don't want the dealer messing with it.

The lot kid probably did it with the back of a brush or some stupid sh-t. I would still try to get it repaired/replaced, otherwise its one of those things that might bug you to an early grave. :33:

Yeah, I'm kinda OCD when it comes to my vehicles. If Ford covers it, I'll replace it.
