Picked up my 25 Raptor R on Friday and love it. It did have to have a repair on the rear bedside from transportation to the dealership from factory. Other than that everything was great. After driving to all weekend don’t regret pulling the trigger on it all.
How could ya? Congrats. Pics.

Dealership name? Maybe they have a few more on the lot.
37 Packages are easy to find, 801a’s are harder.
Maybe we should start a thread on trucks at Dealers where the seats don’t have stitching and wrinkles?
Gullo Ford in Conroe - 802a- space white nice seats

I’m curious if the $10k cheaper RHO is stealing Raptor sales. The RHO is the first competitor since the Raptor made its debut.
Not for me. Buying the first year of a new design is asking for trouble. I much prefer the fourth year because I hate trouble.

Another 2025 801a I was looking at, looks like I need to keep looking for one with acceptable seats.

As 2025’s start to roll in to Dealer Lots.
I went in to potentially replace my 2018 and was looking at a 2025 801a 35” tires.
1. The stitches and wrinkles on the base of the rear looked horrible. I looked at a 2024 37 package and it was good. Another 2025 37 package same wrinkles but stitching was good.
2. 2025’s running boards say Ford, not Raptor.
3. No keypad as previously mentioned. Can be added no problem.

All in all I was turned off on the 801a, started looking at the 24 and 25 37 package. The 37 package, the difference between the 37 Package “Recaro’s” and the seats on the 801a are very close, just different material on parts of the seats. Okay so Dual Live valve, 37’s for $11k?

I could have bought either the 801a or the 802a for $1k above MSRP after I got then to remove $5k in dealer adds. I don’t really have issue with the $1k, I just could not get excited about any of them. Camera better, transmission wayy smoother, bigger screen.
So basically $60k more than my Gen2 for the 37. And a lot of little things on the Gen2, Carbon Shifter and gear selection, the cool little red stripe on the steering wheel.

Normally when something doesn’t Wow Me, I don’t pull the trigger, when something does I make poor financial decisions.

What am I missing here?
You'll get more truck for your money on a '24 than a '25.
