Wife said my Badlanz has been having the same issues, when I get home I'm going to pull it off the truck and check it out. I know the butterfly valve is held on by some allen screws, so maybe they got loose or maybe the whole assembly did and now it's obstructed.

Well badlahnze is trying to say it's from holding the switch down for too long, & I explained it did it on the very first attempt. I'll let you know what happens, I mite upgrade my switch to an automatic

I heard of others having that same issue. They had to locktite the allen screws in.

I have had my QTP on my Avalanche for 3 years in Michigan winters and it is still working. I plan on adding one to the Raptor.

Yeah their sending me another unit rite now. And i'll mail them back the 1 week old one at their cost.... My buddy has QTP on his 09 FX4 and he's had zero issues, installed in the summer sometime last year. What's also funny is badlahnze was telling me that QTP doesn't make one that will fit his pipe and that QTP only has a 90 day warranty. I went to summit racing and found the exact size QTP and I told him at least their product works on the FIRST day. lol

I'm gonna check mine out when I get home, and hopefully I can just adjust it and make it right again, I'll be putting some loctite on there if that's the case, if not, I'll see if Badlanz is going to honor their warranty.

just got done installing the replacement badlahnze& now it's working like it should. Good customer service but not sure how great the product is. aarons419 I did read that after 25-30 hours of use, badlahnze requires us to tighten the 2 screws on the plate to stop it from rattling

Ah, I didn't see that, but mine definitely has the rattle. I'll know in a few weeks when I actually get a chance to look at my truck again.
