The bar has 6 degrees radius... does it match GEN 1's grille?

If the curve matches well, seems like a good spot to mount.

Can you comfirm if the 40inch curved fit Gen1's grille well? The raptor's grille is 42inch long, so length is good. But I don't know if putco's 6 degree curve is same to the grille.

I can't confirm nor deny it will fit. It should fit on the outside of course.. but you have to drill holes in. This is not a bolt on installation. if you want a bolt on installation you can checkout the Baja Designs Grille kit which is a 40" Bar that bolts on behind the grlle:

Those that have installed hte Putco bar had to drill holes in since it's a universal bar

I think the Gen2 grille is kinda "flat" comparing to Gen1.

That mounting kit doesn't work for me, suppercharger's radiator took that space... that's why I look to mount the curved putco on the outside, like the Gen2 in that post...

A bit of update, brought a 40inch curved, it FITS inside the grille! Just have to figure out the best way to attach it to the grille. Won't be difficult I think, have an idea, shopping for couple small hardwares tomorrow.

Mounted, perfect solution for guys like me who has an extra radiator (supercharger) in front, except the bar's price tag.
