So it looks like I slightly bent the frame on the '13 Scab...Took it to body shop $175 to look at it and $48 an hour to straighten estimating about 6 hours if it needs it.

So I'm going to put the bump stops in at this time as well.

The two I'm looking at are RPG and ADD...Any advice from you guys?

I'm leaning towards RPG at the moment its $400 less and I hear great things, but ADD is a local shop and I have their front venom bumper...

I got the Adjustable Bump Stop from @svc and while I haven't really taken it offroad yet, I can tell you it is very solidly built. I like the idea of being able to remove the bump stops if it gets riding rough on the street or moving them down if I need to haul something very heavy.

I have no negatives at all to mention about the kit or Jeff and Jarrett, except they put a sticker on my window without asking. :mwah1: Great guys and great product.

This reminds me, I need to do a build thread.

My adjustable bump stop kit from @svc shipped yesterday and will be here Friday. I originally had the same mindset - RPG everything and Fox everything etc. Then I realized I'd be wasting my money when a superior product was being sold for a lower price. Also, the customer service that SVC has offered has been excellent.

Don't limit yourself and explore all your options IMO.

You really can't go wrong, RPG, Outlaw, ADD, SDHQ, SVC...blah, blah, blah...just pick one, they all perform well and will save your butt if you get to crazy off-roading.

I see some of the bump stop kits have much more frame engagement (the bracket is longer) than others. Is this better? It the simple addition of the bump stop, by whatever means, what saves the frame, or does the attachment method matter.

I scoffed at the need to to do this mod, I thought I'd never even get clost to going airborne in my truck.....well I was goofing around in a construction area last night and definitely got airborne, so now this is on my mind.

I really like the design concept of the Icon, but do not like the bump stops, or how they are clamped on, or the seemingly small attachment area to the frame.

RPG and SVC seem to have the longest attachment brackets.
