Apparently Ford hasn’t seen many of these issues yet. I got the sense nothing would be done until Ford started to document this occurring…

Could it old fashioned belt squeak? Go to your favorite auto parts store and buy of a can spray belt squeak. Maybe the belt is glazed or to hard and needs to warm and soften

Update. Taking it back to dealer to have foreman listen. Dealer I brought it too seems apprehensive to diagnose without ford having a log of these issues with this MY. The sound is clear every cold start. Truck runs great but it’s a bummer hearing it everytime I start the car, sounds like shit.
Sprayed water on the belt to see if it quieted the noise. Did not, guessing it’s a bearing?

Took an another video of mine over the weekend. This is the loudest it has been (it was around 50F outside) and still went away once it got up to temp. It hasn't been as loud since. Typically just get the sound just like yours @310Raptor.

@ToadSmasher2K1 very annoying!
@Jeddler Are you planning on bringing it in to dealer?
Yes. Local dealerships here are awful on the service side so I will have to find the time to take it to the dealership that I purchased from which is 2 hours away (or have them come pick it up). There is also something funky with the passenger side back up sensor. It beeps/alerts constantly on that side when backing up. I have heard that the fix for that is as simple as a module reset though.

I was kind of hoping that someone on here would get an answer from their dealer so that I wouldn't have to take it in blind. They had one of the Bronco Raptors that I've had this year for 13 weeks. Only 2-3 weeks was diagnosis but still don't want to end up anywhere near like that again.
