he doesnt have to fly me anywhere..... i move to thornton, which is 15 min north of denver.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to avoid I-70 on the way back to Denver unless you have another 3 hours to burn by taking 61N to 36W into CO. It's especially busy between St. Louis and KC.

Lots of rocks get thrown and windshields and paint chipped. Ask me how I know! I've made the trip through there many times from Estes Park, to St. Pete, Florida.
