Not sure about the Ford V6's, but on the LS motors there is a bleed screw on the block to purge the air out of the cooling system. Which if not done properly will cause the motor to go into limp mode.

Sounds like you need to take it back to the dealer and have them identify and fix the problem correctly. Often times the biggest problem with dealers is replicating the issue, but If it's always on, it should be a piece of cake to replicate for them.

Could be thermostat problem. Could be air in the system. Could be low coolant. Could be something else. Basically the ECU is seeing high coolant temps so its putting fans on high speed thinking the engine is about to overheat.

Have you gone in mud recently? Couple months ago my fans would run high speed constantly, and overheating when I was offroading going uphill. Turned out there was a bunch of mud covering about 90% of the backside of the radiator. Front of radiator looked clean.

Unplug high pressure ac switch,if fan turns off it's a ac problem, fan on due to high ac pressures, common problem with later f150's,over charge or restriction in system.

My 2017 Raptor is having the same issue. My fan constantly running. Did you find a solution to your problem?
