PPF & Ceramic coat

Ok, the front now has PPF and the body, wheels and rear shocks are ceramic coated...time to go get dirty!!! Cleaning her should be a bit easier now I hope.

I had HP Racing in Glen Burnie, MD do the work. It is Scotchguard Pro PPF, but I don't know what brand of ceramic coating they used...just that I paid for 4 coats that carries a 3 year warranty (10 for the PPF).

Just curious as to how much it costs? I met with several places today and my head is spinning with all of the different products, how long they last, and the various costs. I don't mind mechanic type of work, but when it comes to this level of detailing I plan to let "the pros" do it.

I got a quote for $2000 for the full front, hood, leading edges, door cups, etc. + $400 for both sides rocker panels.

Same location quoted $6000 for full PPF + Ceramic coating with 5 year warranty.

This is in Sacramento. Reputable installer.

Finally pulled the trigger and got the truck coated. Went with Kenzo ceramic. Claims a 4yr warranty.

Works for me — go to Autogeek,look up optimum technology- opti -guard 99$,watch opti- guard vid on Autogeek also on utube , clean car with rubbing ( after paint correction)alcohol ,apply opti-guard also called opti pro. Very easy and ssoooo simple, plus you get to know every inch of your vehicle.
But better not cause you will go on coating and protecting everything interior parts,smart phones,watches, glass, don’t say I didn’t warn ya and maybe even saved ya some coin and knowing it was done right by you. Works for me

I've had Ceramic Pro done to 2 vehicles and am very impressed even though it ain't cheap.

Looks great. I am getting mine ceramic coated on November 19 with GTechniq Crystal Serum Ultra. Also coating the wheels and suspension with Shine Supply Beadlock Pro.
