Possible blown head gasket? (Solved)

So 5w 30 over 5w 20? I use wix filters....I get the valve tap sometimes..only at startup if it happens...I've wondered if the wix filter could be the cause

I use 5W-30 instead of the 5W-20 as well. Mobil 1 full synthetic with Motorcraft filter.
