GEN 2 Poll for the Ages

Just turned 55, I purchased my 2018 last year. I’ve wanted one since they were first introduced. I love the Gen 2, but a part of me wishes I had a Gen 1 parked next to it.

Was 54 when I bought my first new. It was one of the last 2014's. Still have it, drive it every day 140,000 miles. Bought a

2018 two years ago to go with it, it has 4500 miles on it. I just can't get out of the best truck I ever owned???

Bought 2012 new and was 35. Still have with 120k miles.
Daughter just bought a 2012 and she's 23.

My father died at 69 and wanted a Corvette his whole life and never got one. He bought property, homes, horses, restored antique vehicles. At his funeral one of his step-children put a toy Corvette on his casket before it was lowered.

I tell my wife and kids that if I'm able I will always get what I want and do what I want. I've learned that after you do so you sometimes realize it wasn't what you really wanted. But there's only one way to find that out.

54. Walked into the dealership to buy a Platinum. Drove out in an ‘18 Raptor to match the 18 year old part of my brain that made the decision. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned.
