It's the Tuffy box. I have one. Great product. No drilling to install. All steel construction. Will fit several full sized rifles and shotguns. Money well spent.

Indeed - it's from Tuffy. I do like how easily you can take this out of the truck if you want to (two hand turned nuts inside the box). Also, no trouble putting it right on top of the liner.

As far as build quality, I'd compare it to the cheapest gun cabinet you could buy. Not super heavy, and not real refined on the corners, but it's pretty much out of sight and you can stow all kinds of things in there (and lock it).

Remove one factory seat mount bolt on each side, slip the Tuffy bracket under the seat mount and reinstall the factory bolt. The box mounts to that bracket via two knobs that are inside the box. Pretty decent security. It will stop the average smash and grab thief. Like everything else, if they want your shit bad enough they will figure out a way.
