I have gone a little crazy with the PlastiDip!! I have "dipped" my flares, rear bumper, mirror reflectors, and emblems. What do y'all think? I have also went to the top perch with no sway bar, added +2 deavers, Wicked Performance bumper, Baja Designs 8" Soltek lights, "Ducati" retrofitted headlights, and Walker Evans beadlock wheels.

When using the Plastidip, do you need to sand the fenders first? I seeing folks doing their rear Ford Emblem, but it doesn't look like they are sanding them down first.

I didn't sand emblems, just wiped and cleaned throughly with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol), and about 5 very light coats, 30 minute drying time inbetween coats..

No need to sand. That's the awesome thing about plastidip, is that you can peel it off when you want to change back.
