Good Morning Ladies and Gents, i was a very active member a couple years back and had a 2010 SCAB with a bunch of upgrades but due to the family growing i ended up getting a more family friendly vehicle and have now decided to get a GEN 2 SCREW since the full 4 doors will work much better for a family of 4... my question isn't necessarily specific to a GEN 2 model but since i plan on purchasing a GEN 2 i figured i would post up in here...

A. do i buy right away/pre order once availability on lots becomes more pronounced? or wait a little bit and see if their prices will become more reasonable?

B. i plan on buying with the profit from selling our first home... not sure if i should do the whole "try to get the best price" and then make the statement that i would be paying in full to get an even lower price... or start right off with a this is what i want out the door price and payment will be in cash... im not typically a buy brand new off the lot as you typically get burned on the price... but im not sure how long it would be before used ones would hit the lots...

C. i love the eco boost motor as most are bias to the V8, but for me the power will still be there while hopefully giving a better gas mileage for DD verses buying a second vehicle for higher mileage driving (to and from work, errands etc) and leaving the truck just for a off road toy...

a lot of variables i know but being out of the game and reading the threads over and over, im just interesting to get some feedback from the community as most threads as of late have been a lot of trolling or bickering verses
helpful information lol

thanks in advance and can't wait for the fall to get here!

False, I ordered mine while I was stationed in Germany. Not even deployed. I did get a better deal because of that certain dealership offering a promotion at the time, but all you're doing is ordering a custom built truck. There is absolutely no reason they shouldn't be under or even with invoice when the order banks open up.

Plus you won't have to deal with dealerships, markups, or waiting. Military gets priority builds. This was my actual invoice.
