I know! I actually do though, really hurts my mileage. But I just cant go slow in my truck. I have to be first to go from a stop light. If i go to school and back and use less than a 1/4 tank of gas, i did pretty good. Note its 70mi round trip. 50 being freeway

No noise in either my '10 Raptor or the wife's '11 FX4, She did tell me to get off the gas the the other day when I was driving her's & getting on the freeway, apparently she is worried about mileage.

its the little things, but make sure your AC vents aren't blowing up towards the mic. I usually have mine pointing up, but when I'm on a call with the HF, if I turn the vents away from the mic (the ones on both sides of the center console) the noise is reduced.
