Phoenix Android Radio 4th Gen PX6

took out my px4 today and put in px6 very easy just unplug all wires form 4 and plug in 6

when i select console i get no signal! just to make sure did not mess anything up re plugged back in px4 and sync screen comes right up. any idea what it could be?

my only thought is the console is not really selecting factory sync just not sure how to check that

also what is the pw for install set maybe button program is under that

last where is latest download link for MCU and firmware update

Install Set code is 666888. It looks like you have auto climate, the strange thing is your on screen knobs. My 2015 F150 with auto climate is different.



As you can see, no knobs. I still control temp setting with the physical knobs.

download the below px6.zip file and input the file to the unit
**With Vehicle Running

Plug in USB Drive to Unit
Turn Off Vehicle
Turn On Vehicle with Engine Running
Update should read from USB Automatically and run

Let it finish running
till it asks to Remove USB disk
Unplug USB Drive and Unit should reboot

Dumb question, but since you said you just unplugged all the wires from your 4 and plugged them into your 6.. You did move your APIM over? I'm assuming you have the long cable that allows you to mount it in the correct orientation. Just make sure that's plugged in as that is what provides the signal to the display

do you have a pic of that cable? i did take out the wire harness from my 4 and put in the new one from the 6 but did not see any difference between the 2. at first i just used the 4 harness but then when i got no signal on sync screen i took it out 100% and put in the new 6 harness which looks same to me. i even plugged the old unit back in and sync screen comes right up just to make sure did not blow anything. so no clue why on the 6 when i hit console i get no signal

Thx my cable is long enough plugged right in and I used both cable came with 6 and one I had with 4 and still screen says no signal

I was thinking same but I connected my 4 back up and screen sync works on 4 same wires so cant be fuse if it works on 4 and not on 6
