I tried messing around with the stock images, and wasn't able to change any of those white raptor images either - was only able to change the boot image.

If you decide to install Nova Launcher, you'll forget about all that since you never see it again.

I use nova on my note 10, and have forever, premium version, but I like the sync passthrough, just used to having the nav and controls in front of me.

I agree, I still like the sync passthrough as well. I had a ticket open with them to get a 10" version of the console app without the white raptor image and gauges, but they haven't been that responsive lately.

Hello everyone. I am usually over at a couple different f150 forums and came across this one via some google searching.. Those that are interested in the hiding nav/menu bars from the unit that was shown a couple page back with the dev in russia. I reached out to him as that mod is something i wanted to have. While I will not share his steps/process and I did send a few bucks his way for his efforts, the method that he shares with you is reversable. Nothing will be hard coded into the system and after reviewing the process, it is a straight forward way of hiding those bars in the same way other apps hide soft home,back buttons etc..

Didn't see this in long thread but can anyone tell me the setting for install set - protocol, and car info? See pic.
I changed something and now lost sync screen, also did not know to backup settings. I've compared all settings to excel provided but that didn't help.

I ran that update, didnt see a change. What version should be now?

You can try this canbus update if you'd like. I got it on 11/30/19 and was told that it fixed the steering wheel control skipping for certain apps. The apps I use (pandora, BT music) never really had a problem, so I didn't notice a difference but this might work for you.
