Mine said it was left near the mailbox. Pretty sure USPS wouldn't leave a package like this by a mailbox. Does this mean we were giving bad tracking numbers intentionally?

That's what i'm worried... Either they were buying time... for whatever reason, or they have no idea what they're doing and messed up the orders.

They just told me they are working on the issue and once they figure it out I should receive another unit in three weeks. I didn't complain about the wait the first time, but once you supply a tracking number and have me waiting at the door all week only to be told "just kidding" and only another 3-4 weeks, I'm inclined to cancel.

I wouldn’t wait... but that’s just me. They should ship it express to make up for it... I requested a refund. I’m just over it. I’ll see what’s on the market in the next 6mo.

Just got email tonight with a new order number in the discount code says my old order number with wrong next to it and has it marked as paid. I also got the email saying send in make and model of truck to see if it fits. Like it’s a new order.

Don’t get me wrong... I love my unit... but if I were on the receiving end of what I’m seeing here I’d bail too. That’s one lousy launch.

I ordered mine on Feb 10th with expedited shipping. It finally shipped this past Monday and I got it on Wednesday and will hopefully be able to install this weekend.

They sent me an email with another order. I don’t think so. I don’t want it. I asked again for a cancelation and a refund. Not going to wait 3 weeks. Screw that.


EDIT: Finally cancelled it myself. Sucks, really. I was excited, even though i had my doubts. Now, I'm just disappointed. Eh, there will be other toys to buy.

Yes, I understand. I'm asking if people have routed the tablet ports to stock locations or into the center console.

i took 1 of the 2 and routed the wire into my center console to plug my phone direct into it but left the one under by unit when i need to plug in usb stick for software updates
