Phoenix Android Audio retains Sync 3

I live in the LA area and contacted Phoenix about them looking for a F150/Raptor with 4” screen and Sirius.

Guy I spoke to had broken english..... so I think I got what he was asking?

I think he was saying that if you have a 4” screen with Sync and not Sync 3 that Sirius isn’t working. They are looking for a truck to map out the issues with Sirius/Sync.

Can anyone with 4” screen, Sync (not Sync 3) and Sirius verify this?

I’m currently waiting on my order that I ordered 2/12.

I enjoy Sirius so don’t want to give that up. Unless it’s a simple update down the road.

Update.....

Talking to them over FB messenger...... Apparently Sirius doesn’t work with the unit for the 4” screens with Sync at this time. Sync 3 doesn’t have this issue from what I’ve read in the thread.

They’ve asked me to bring my truck in so they can figure it out. I’m waiting to hear the compensation for leaving my truck with them.

I have been emailing them about shipping too - I ordered 2/11 and told them they should ship my unit express for the delay. They said 'ok'. Not sure if they will or not though...
