Do it yourself like stated above. That video is perfect and won't take much time at all. Then all you have to do is pay for alignment.

what are you talking about is it off road or anytime? I obviously have not.

It's anytime while turning. Mostly at freeway speeds, 70-75mph. Hit a bump while in a turn and the truck shoots in the either direction. Usually in the direction I'm turning (Freeways are horrible here in Cali. I have driven on dirt roads smoother than most freeways here). I'm assuming this is happening on the compression cycle of the shock, so the shock is too stiff. I don't know? I liked the way the truck rode at stock perch but couldn't stand to look at it with the stink bug stance.

Also, I didn't align it either. It tracks straight and the camber / caster looks ok, so why fix it if it isn't broke?

it's broke no one elses does that something is wrong!

I think Huck was the only other person who said he experienced nearly the same thing. He then stated he went to Fox 3.0's which, alleviated the problem.

I don't know anything about alignment but sounds to me like they never tightened up the adjuster bolt. I'm on mid perch the only time I felt anything was on sdbr and it didn't shoot but was a stop on a rut not bad just noticeable. thinking I would sure like an RPG power steering reservoir.

On mid perch and it rides smooth and I've never experienced what you are JDUB. My guess is something was done wrong. Something could have been done wrong on Huck's as well and was fixed by the new shocks being installed correctly. Just a thought.

Yeah you never know! Fox mass produced these shocks so it's only normal for one or two sets out of thousands to have something wrong with them. And, it may not even be the shock but the coil spring.

I am confident the crew who performed the perch adjustment did it correctly. I may even take it back to them to see what they think the problem is. It may just be me! Who knows!

One more thing I noticed once it was adjusted to mid perch, the front wheels moved in a total of 1", 1/2" on each side, compared to the rear. I am running the stock wheels and it is pretty noticeable and takes away that "buff" "stalky" "bulldog" stance the front had.

By no means am I complaining or condemning! I love my truck and I am a "glass is half full type of guy." Just putting it out there as things I noticed when I adjusted the shocks to mid perch.

What do you mean when you say your front wheels moved? moved up? down? out?

Front wheels moved inward (straight in) 1" total, 1/2" on each side. So, the front wheels now "track" 1/2" further inside compared to the rear.

Think of it like this: if you put a jack under the front of the truck and jacked it up, the vehicle goes up, the suspension rebounds / extends, moving the tires inward.

Mid-perch stiffened the front suspension, causing the front of the truck to lift and moved the tires inward 1/2" on each side.

NOW, 1/2" does not seem like much but noticeable enough.
