There is a ride quality difference between the middle and lower perch. But, in my opinion it is a much controlled ride. The nose won't dive as much when you brake when you're coming to stop . There be less body roll. Also, like GsxrRaptor said the shocks were originally designed to be at that setting.

Thanks guys for the input on that. I had called FOX and they told me the same, that they had originally designed and tested them on the middle perch. So I guess I will continue to look for an experienced shop or dealer in the Tampa Bay area.

Well The RPG stage 3 kit went in yesterday as well as the steering Tie Rods, the and the Upper Control Arms as well as a middle Perch Adjustment. High Country Performance 4x4 did the work (10 hours) . It was their first time doing these modifications on a Raptor and Eric and the tech (time estimates) at the shop watched the installation videos even before giving me a bid. I decided to do the middle perch setting while they were at it. I have yet to really put this beast through its inaugural dirt run but have to say on the streets everything is awesome. Driving this truck around just generally makes me a much nicer person whose smiling constantly. I was extremely happy with the High Country Performance experience, would use them again in a second. They did mention that I should come in after 500 miles so they can do a once over on it and re-torque anything that might have come loose. The total cost was $850.00 for everything.
