People with morimoto’s on MY2024 or gen 3’s

I got these morimoto’s installed yesterday and I noticed there is a small gap on each side. Were these installed wrong or is it supposed to be like this? My OCD is getting the best of me here. Thanks in advance.

Truck is a 2024.
