Who here hasn’t had to reboot a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop because it was dog slow? But only after trying all other things including
PRESSING
the SCREEN
BUTTON
H A R D E R

because that always works (shout out to my wife).
You can have a terabyte of memory, fastest ssd available and it will all go to shít with a simple programming error ; memory leak, process collision and they all drive us nuts.

The tech is supposed to make our lives better, but for me I find anything beyond the availability of navigation and tunes distracts from the driving enjoyment.
I mean, touch screens are great. Until you need to ref a youtube video while you’re doing a garage repair and you can’t unlock the fúcking thing because your hands are covered in grease.
Yeah, I’m swiping to unlock but you’re not DOING IT. ;-)

i dont like the touchscreen buttons because you dont know if you pressed it the first time. then you have to look to make sure. using the analog buttons, you can always feel your way to the button. cant do that on a touchscreen. and to turn the volume down requires too many presses of this invisible button. where a quick pinch and turn (like milking @Oldfart s sheep) does it quicker and safer
