I have asked them to send it to me. They were disappointed with the truck and parked it to discuss. Then, the driver put it in park, and it rolled backwards down the hill.

Wrong. All 2017 ecoboost trucks come with the 10spd. The 6spd was only available on the v8.

regardlesss..... the driveshaft isnt spinning on the white truck sliding down an icy hill..hence the tire turning the wrong way. this would happen to many vehicles parked in the same manner.
