You guys are both kinda right. I heard from a reliable source that the pre-production 24 RaptorR that Ford Performance tested was Atlas Blue. When they got such increased HP, for liability reasons, they discontinued Atlas Blue...AGAIN, and went with the slower colors. But they forgot to tell the marketing people. Hence why they dyno the same but marketing says 720 HP for 24's and 25's. Of course my reliable sources asked to remain anonymous!
