To the OP: So, :birgits_tiredcoffeewhat are the measurements of the garage and door?

 I had to remove the inside handle-pull to get height clearance
and I had to cut out the bench at the end of the garage.

Also, I have to fold back the mirrors and line the truck up . :uhoh2: . just right.

Tighter than a frogs ass streched over a fire-hydrant .. . but it fits. :waytogo:

Mine is the same way, I have to park it in our 3rd car single garage and have about 2 inches each side with the mirror's in. Also have padding on the wall as I have to hit it to make sure I'm all the way in.

You could also install a secret fuel pump switch if you ever have to leave it longer than over night...

My garage door opening is literally 1/2" too low lol. I can get in about to right above the back of the drivers door and it has 1/8" gap. If I aired down the tires it would fit LOL.

I had to put up a makeshift door from blankets to seal it off for the clear-bra install, but other than that it was the only time I'd put it in the garage. The rest of the time my HD truck sleeps in there!

I was thinking reptar's truck was tryin to hide :ROFLJest:

Working third shift, we take it with us about half the time, and any time we leave in the car, the truck keys come with us. We also have two neighbors across the street, one's a prison guard and the other's a redneck with guns, gives us a little peace of mine anyway.

I have not had a truck in almost 30 years that would fit in a garage lol. Hell if someone wants it come and get it---be sure I do not hear you though because I don't miss!

If it gets stolen then that will be an excuse to get another one! What really sucks is making sure they fit in at the airport. Two trucks ago thought mine would clear because I travel a lot and park at DFW---flew a airline that I don't normally and one of the concrete beams from the floor above must have moved a little when it was poured and JUST BARELY got the roof! Most of the scratches came out but it could have been ugly.

A trick----always can air down the tires a little for that extra inch.

We are having a lot of break-ins in my 'hood right now, and its a pretty upscale part of town. I have had my truck broke into twice already cuz it wont fit in the garage. Then the last time they broke into it, they jimmy the garage door open and stole my wife's purse out of her SUV in the garage. They were that close to walking in our door. Any other night and I would have caught that, but was sick with a stomach flu that ONE day, and my security cameras were knocked out by a lightning strike the week before. Its crazy...talk about coincidence. Found out they hit 7 houses and cars in our subdivision that night. Last Thursday, the cops couldnt even give me an accurate count- over a dozen, but missed us this time.

Moral of the story- buy a new house. We are moving just far enough out of town to be too damn expensive for broke ass, crack smokin', **** lab makin, shitheads to pay for the gas to come to us. Bigger garage, gated community, and the house is 100' ft off the road with a side garage, whole place is already setup with 16 cameras...come and get me now ********.
