P0446 Code fix?

Keep getting this code back on.. this is the second time in about 1000 miles. Before taking it to the dealership, I would like to ask if everyone have a fix for this. With a whipple installed, the dealership probably won't cover it under warranty anyways.

I fixed mine, a few times, by shoving the EVAP canister back where it belongs. If it isn't hanging down loose, that may not be the cause.

Try nozzle ******* the fuel cap a dozen times or so. Dirt can build up, keeping the cap open, not building pressure in the fuel tank and throwing the P0446 code.

Also check the wiring harness running along the drivers side frame rail for damage.

Thanks! I will look into these areas.

If I do bring to the dealership, do you guys think they are gonna deny warranty blame the supercharger?

doubtful, this is fuel tank emissions control, unless you trashed a harness with your supercharger install.

Smoke test. could be a vacuum leak in the evap system. most independents will have the smoke machine. makes life much simpler. at least you rule that out.

this code is thrown when there is a short to ground in the valve so either a failed valve (burnt out winding) or a short in the harness

Mine didn't fail so no code thrown but it was leaking, giving me lean conditions.
Dealer found using the smoke test.
This is what they replaced.

This is the Vapor Canister Purge valve. $80
As suggested by others check electrical first.
