So I just picked up this 2024 raptor 6.2 a couple of months ago. The cel was on when I got it and dealership said it was because it has aftermarket exhaust and there is no way to get it off. I refuse to accept that and changed all 02 sensors and have gotten everything to clear except p0131. I've narrowed that down to most likely an exhaust leak but now the last couple days the codes have been going crazy. Right after I washed it I got p064d, p1646, p025a. I cleared those and an hour later I got u0422, u0109, and the p0131 back. They've all cleared but the motor cut out and the wrench popped up on that last set. I've replaced the battery because it was bad and I'm hoping it's not the bcm. Truck has afe intake, sw headers, magnaflow exhaust, and a livewire ts+ with 5 star 87 performance tune. Help! Tia

there is no 2024 with a 6.2 so im guessing its a 2014. you say you got codes right after a wash. look at the ecm (or whatever its called) in the engine bay on the passenger side. it has 3 giant plugs going into it. i used to have the wrench light after going through puddles on the passenger side. turned out to be that water was leaking into the connectors shorting them out and giving me codes and limp mode

It would be so nice if Ford did resurrect the 6.2 in the newer Gen's, parts and replacement engines would be available again!

Ya sry my bad, it's a 2014. Autocorrect ‍♂️. I haven't had the problem since so I do think it was just water in the PCM. I seem to have gotten the leak sealed up with that fiberglass exhaust wrap and my p0131 finally went away and isn't coming back leaving me to believe un-metered air entering the exhaust right by the bank 1 sensor 1 02 sensor was causing that problem. All the others were fluke due to water. Thank you!!!
