Over inflating tires better mpg on long road trips?

if you really want better fuel economy the drive a Prius. The accelerator on the Raptor should be treated like a light switch...its either on or off.

Nothing wrong with wanting better fuel economy for doing simple/free things. Not like he's looking to put 28" tall regular f150 tires on the Raptor to get better mpg. He's simply asking if changing the tire pressure helps out reasonably at all or not.

I'm pretty sure the recommended pressure is 44psi, not 35.

I think you're right. In that case I probably run mine right at 45-46 for DD use, then bump it to 50 or 55 for towing/long trips.

It seems to be hit or miss. I did it before but no success. So I now keep mine on the correct psi always.
