The Hub Asssy is NEW. i have tried 3 different ones with the same outcome.

Maybe it's time to re-check the brake situation yourself? Not sure if the shop did that? What else is hot right there? How's the caliper itself? I don't think that has been replaced. How about the axle shaft? We're missing something. You've replaced a lot, and there are only so many moving components here. Right now my vote is the caliper, even though it doesn't quite make a lot of sense.

We also have the spinning in 2WD problem - which is less of a mystery to solve. You need to use a vacuum gauge and pressure test each IWE as well as the vacuum line. It's very easy to do. Was the opposite side IWE replaced?

Update..... finally, the caliper is the same temp as the other ones brand new pads and rotors all around now.
I had a shop tell me to rebuild my shocks because they were shot and my wheel was bouncing like a basket ball. i just tried that and still the same result. i have also tried to put in the vacuum delete IWE and still same result.

Not sure what to try next.

Maybe its time to take a look at the differential?

Years ago my friend had a Ranger 4x4 that had similar complaints and it turned out that some water had creeped into the differential, emulsified the fluid and created a lot of heat when turning.

Run your hands over the tread, inside, outside, middle both forward and reverse. Feel for cupping or feathering, you will be able to tell quickly if they do in fact need rebuild.

The cv joint that is beside the differential is cold to touch, only part that is warm is the outer cv which is not close to the differential, 7 km in a straight line and you can't keep your hand on it.
