original oil testing

anybody knows what oil our trucks leave the factory with? Has anybody tested their first oil change and willing to share the result?

I would have, had the the dealer not forgot to get my oil sample like I asked. Pretty sure they come with Motorcraft blended synthetic, which is what I've been running.

conveniently my dealer "forgot" as well, and now I am realizing that after 2 oil change I probably still have the original oil.

Fairly certain the factory used the recommended synthetic blend up until recently. The latest owners supplement now calls for full synthetic, so who knows if the factory switched?

I just recently changed my oil for the first time at 4000 miles. I have the old oil in the brand new drain pan that I bought. How can I get it tested? And what are you guys wanting to test for? Impurities, or oil type, viscosity, etc?
