I have been looking at this forum for the past couple months to a yr. Have finally paid off some old debts and will be able to purchase my Raptor next year thru the Exchange Car Sales out here in Afghanistan. The progam allows for a deposit, I think for the Raptor it is $1,000, and you can keep paying on it while deployed and pick it up when you go home on a vacation. Gives me something to look towards to next year. I was having a hard time trying to decide between the 14 Shelby GT500 and the Raptor. I chose the Raptor cuz 1. its cheaper and 2. I'm a truck guy. I am planning a Blue Flame ext, hood and box graphics, sunroof, blue int accents, interior lighting, and luxury package. I plan on adding the ADD Venom front, rear bumpers, side steps, and tire rack. :head3:

Saints Offroad | Welcome

Thanks, before I left the states my wife and I went and test drove a 2011 Raptor and a Chevy Silverado. Needless to say the Raptor won. Wife tried to talk me into the Chevy but every vehicle I have owned has been a product of Ford. P.S. wife is a Chevy Fan.

Glad to hear she didn't win that one lol there not even in the same league. my wife grew up a Chevy fan until i came a long and showed her the light. after riding in some new Chevys that i had threw work and seen how cheap they were and the number of problems she was not impressed. then when it came time to buy a new vehicle and test drove the Fords she was blown away. she wanted the Raptor just as much as i did and now makes any excuse to drive it.
