Your best bet would be to call SVT once a week on Friday and provide them with your dealer code and order number to find out if you're order has been submitted. Even after it's been submitted, you can't really breathe easy until you have a VIN.

I ordered mine on 2/14 and I am in same boat as OP as far as worrying. My dealer told me he did get it ordered so I'm going to give him a call tomorrow and ask about the DORA as well. The logical thing would be once Ford has decided to stop producing the '14 Raptor, they would stop letting dealers place orders and fulfill what orders are in and be done with it. If I end up not getting mine after waiting 10+ weeks I will be one pissed off camper.

You and me both my order is 2 months in and no vin my dealer told me today u can come get your deposit back and order from another dealer i just laughed then hung up the phone and called him every name in the book.

That does suck. My situation doesn't sound as bad as yours at all.
