Is there a delay on OEM beadlocks? I hope not, I ordered those. I'm not changing to base wheels, hoping for no extended wait time.

My 14' had a matching spare beadlock wheel. I would think the 17' will be the same. A lot of guys will swap out the tire on the spare wheel with one of their used tires when they replace them that way you're only buying 3 the first time but that tire under the truck is NASTY after 30-40,000 miles so it needs to be scrubbed with some serious all purpose cleaner and the finish on the wheel takes a beating unless you pull it out regularly and wash/wax or sealant the thing from time to time.

Thanks. Haha, yeah I know that swap game, in fact I played it so far that my spare needed a spare. Gets interesting when you have to chose between a sidewall bubble with some tread or a racing slick. Am thinking about the matched spare for the wheel. If a wheel gets boogered up I have a replacement. Thinking that a replacement wheel will be at least 400-500. Without a spare match it maybe better just to go aftermarket.

The bare chassis at the press release had a match spare.

Thanks. Was that with a beadlock? Did you see it or was it a review. Checked FLT but didn't see it in that vid.

I was told today to drop them to get build this week. Told 3-4 months but think that is bs.

My dad always swapped them around for years when I was younger. I am 95% positive it will have a matching spare. I would pull that wheel out and at least coat the wheel with coating or a very good sealant to protect the finish on the wheel in case you ever want to use it.

Thanks again. I did go through the sticky and see that and a couple of other glimpses on other vids. Now what to do, wait for the incredible deal of 5 forged for $1200 and god knows when and what else happens between now and then or get it now and 5 aftermarkets for about the same price.

FWIW, I noticed the bare chassis at the press release had a matching beadlock capable spare.

I know right? I really like the beadlocks also but what if it's a supplier issue or something that could set us back for months.? I for one, haven't cancelled them yet but if it's gonna cause a delay. I'll just order some fuel trophys. I like the looks of those also. (But not true beadlocks or forged either I believe)

The factory wheels are 'beadlock capable'. There have been threads on this, in case some folks haven't read up.
