Optimal CAI and Cat-Back Combination for Power

What is the best combination of CAI and Cat-Back that will give the optimal power with a tune?
Consider these limitations:

• Without headers
• Don't sacrifice torque to increase hp
• No major motor work, e.g., cam, head work, etc.

Ideally these combinations should have 3rd party dyno runs before and after mods. I fear that dynos will be scarce.
For this particular thread sound improvement is not a factor, though in reality we would most likely lean toward an exhaust note that is personnally most desireable. (Some like loud, some no so much)

Question about the Corsa cat-back: Is the entire system single 3" pipe (excluding tips and muffler)?

Biggest gain will come from a quality tune. I doubt you will see much difference between CAI's and Catback's.
