Looks great. Did you use the velcro supplied with the Bedrug or did you buy the heavy duty velcro as suggested by someone earlier in this thread or maybe it was another thread.

I used the Bedrug supplied velco. I cant imagine a more "heavy duty" version as these things are very stout as is. :peace:

use the bedrug velcro! It's TOP NOTCH quality. Most of the times its SO strong that it breaks the hooks on the velcro side if you ever remove it, and you need to get a replacement kit lol. Also when you remove the bedrug velcro strips from the paint, the double sided tape is such good quality, it peels up in 1 strip, and doesn't leave the glue reside behind like cheaper velcro.

The only area I'd suggest a full strip is the front of the bedwall, and the top of the tailgate, just so it's a solid seal of velcro and no gaps.

Any of you guys use a bedrug with dogs? I'm worried about all the dog hair building up. I have an Australian Shepherd and his hair is a pian in the ass to deal with. Does it stick to it? Does it build up? I'm leaning towards the bed tread due to this and I think it will work, however I think the bedrug would be better looking.

Hi Big Blue,

I am awaiting my 2012 and wanted to ask you how long did it take for you to install your bedrug and retrax? I thought I wanted the spray on liner but looking at this thread is making me reconsider. I have seen the retrax on an F150 and it looks pretty slick. Also would it be too much to ask where you ordered the retrax and bedrug from?

Order the Bedrug from Morrie with BAK Factory Outlet, who is a vendor here on FRF. His price is the lowest I could find, and he's great to deal with. The best deal on the Retrax is at autoanything.com, enter code WELCOME for 10% off.

The 10% does NOT apply to the bedrug...already tried. As a matter of fact, its a BS discount, pretty much everything is "excluded" when you read the pop-up window for the 10% discount.

Yes, but the 10% does apply to Retrax on auto anything.com. My Retrax Pro was about $120 cheaper than ordering direct from Retrax. Order the Bedrug from Morrie with BAK Factory Outlet. He asked that we not post his prices on the open forum, but his are the best.

Nice one Saint! When I tried last month (different 10% off promotion), it did not work on the bedrug or retrax. Nice $120 savings!! :waytogo:
