Fugly, IMO. I rejected the Recaro seats because of the putrid blue color, not the money. Ford just screwed this one up IMO. Also, Alcantara seats no bueno. They will not wear well. Alcantara is great on headliners and trim, but not on anything that gets touched.

I have had great experience with the alcantara on a '98 V70 R Volvo I've had from new. 110,000 miles and it still looks really good.

That is surprising. All my experience with Alcantara has been contrary. Maybe they have found a way to improve it.

I think it would look weird but if you like the look you should go for it. You can always tint the windows so the interior color separates more from exterior if you want the seats and are set on red.

Too late, it's in your head now, so if you don't you'll always wonder. At the end of the day, it's your truck and no one's opinion matters but yours. You say you have gray hair....Remember the song "Get yourself an ugly wife"?

I wouldn't waste the money, for about the same price you can get Katzkins to match.

The alcantara seats on my 2014 Tremor looked like new when I traded it with 36K miles on it.
