thats why when im driving anywhere other than where im from, ive got a camera going.

but why would they call it your fault, if you had cut him off the damage would have been different then what you described... unless he accelerated into you after you cut him off, which still, his fault.

I hear ya. Evidently the other driver said we were,"Racing" and I didn't want to lose so,"In road rage" I cut him off and drove over his fender. ??? The officer asked me if I had road rage to which I said,"If I had road rage you'd have needed a body bag and a witness to who did it". I had my head in my hands sitting in the dirt waiting for him to arrive,not being able to comprehend what happened. Day one. The officer even said I didn't look anything but bummed.
Bottom line,the guy was a local and probably knew someone. Why else or how else could you explain the decision? I had left rubber from actually accelerating on his hood. That should've been all the proof he needed. And if I had a clear head I should've used my cell phone and taken pictures. I didn't even think to because it was so obvious.

Weak bumpers?

Well apparently we have the strongest plastic fender flares known to man. Those are pics of when a chick hit my truck while she was backing out. If our bumpers were really that weak it would have bent. Right? There wasn't a scratch on it.

Grab the edge of you're rear bumper. The end of the wrap around part that folds around just in front of you're pipe tips. Pull and push straight in,and up and down. You will feel the give. Big time. You can literally twist it.

I let my wife drive mine. She treats it like she's driving a Lambo or something though, since she knows it's been my dream vehicle. She takes really good care of my baby while I'm gone.

Once she gets her Explorer Sport with the Eco-Boost in it in a year or so, no more driving the Rap though!

Yeah our rear bumpers are extremely flimsy. They weigh like 20 pounds and when carrying mine (when it was off the truck) I felt like I had to support it at both ends so it wouldn't bend in half.
