I wouldn't tow anything over 7k w/ a 1/2 ton - regardless of type
I don't think towing 7k would be very confidence inspiring or good for the Raptor I am guessing 5-6k is probably alot closer to the max it would "like" to be pulling behind it
That's why people get HD's - they're "real" work trucks.
