Just my dumb opinion here. This is a damn good job but I don’t think it’ll work for me. I’ll be fording in a few places and the electrics on the ARB aren’t exactly water proof. However, if you’re not doing that, this has been working pretty good over the last year.
I would offer two suggestions. One is ARB’s air filter relocation kit. Even if you aren’t fording, you’ll hit water at some point. The relocation kit would let you move the filters to a higher position to give the compressor more protection. Speaking of protection, someone already mentioned mud. A fabricated shield of some sort would probably help a bit. It just needs to be a light material, like a plastic of some sort.
Again, that’s a pretty good setup. I’d really like to see an kit to mount it under the hood but I’ll probably do a custom setup of some kind in the bed.
