Ripped out the old Switch Pro 9100 looks miny next to the RCR 12!

Laid out the switches (this will probably change ten times before its all said and done lol. Everything high amp is run through a relay panel so this is just switching functions.

So excited to do this. We kept adding circuits and the wiring was such a rats nest, was really embarrassing especially since It is my personal truck! Doesnt really reflect what my organization is capable of, was always last minute as customer cars come first.

Control cable has arrived! Man this stuff was expensive! Almost $900 usd for all the control cable but it is abrasion resistance as well as oil/fuel resistance so should be good forever.

Main feed line to the bumper lights (LP9's etc) this is a 12 conductor bundle that will control the lights. 12 guage mil spec tinsel wire on this bundle

4 conductor for the rear circuit (air compressor switching function and reverse lights) The 6 conductor goes to the Baja Designs corner light trio

New battery cable for the winches

Some of the Raychem boots for the splits on the main harness arrived, few more are on backorder

We leave for an event on Friday and wife is at the Naples house this week so it is going to be wiring after business hours all week to get ready! Story of my life. Probably wont get the air compressor sorted for this event how I want it. Just going to use the case and go to each wheel for now. No time!

Would love to see your wiring diagram. I have 6 rigid scenes and am adding 4 LP6 on the front would love to clean it all up
Wish I had time to make one! All the bundled stuff is color coordinated with tracers so it’s just lay it out and start making connectors. For right now it’s all going to scribbles on a legal pad. We are so busy at the workshop my stuff always happens last minute and in a hurry

Can you give me the link for the cables you got, what gauge are they? When you say color coordinated with tracers, do you mean each of the cores is its own color? I think the LP6's have low, Hi and marker light, so 3 cores for each one? I was thinking to take the low, high and marker from each light into a 4 to 1 splitter and then do a 3 core wire to the up fitter/powerswitch. Anything that’s remotely specialised has to be ordered from the US for me here in Dubai, and returns are a nightmare.

Each control wire inside the bundle has a color tracer so there’s no mix up. It’s more expensive this way but a huge time saver when you go to lay everything out and tether up.

the LP’s should be 4 pin per. Ground, backlight, high beam, low beam no?

There are much cheaper options that will do just fine. But I’m keeping this truck in the collection so just want it all done up nice.
