On skid plates, front diff, steering rack, bottom of pan? Last one to change oil was dealer and before that me. Didn’t notice any of this when I did it last time. Could just the pan or an idiot tech be the reason for the mess? Needless to say, it’s going in for them to check but I’m guessing I better leave the Robin plug out for now as they’ll probably blame that.

And btw, has anyone removed and cleaned the tray under the oil filter or are we just supposed to let that become a sludge cake?

Looks like it’s the diff leaking at 2 places. Both seals at axles?

Mine looks exactly like that right now, currently sitting at the dealer to repair. Mine is leaking from front diff cover, rear snout, and looks like the oils pan at the same time. I think I’m averaging a oil pan every 10,000 miles.

During one oil change, I dropped the metal plate underneath oil plan to clean up. I no longer will have issue with oil mess since I installed Stahlbus oil drain valve

You can 100% put the metal oil pan on!!!! Order the one for a late model or 2019 Raptor and order the oil pickup for the same year. (Late model 2018 and newer come with metal pans) you will drop the plastic pan remove the original oil pick up. Replace it with the new one and install the metal pan. They will tell you that the metal pan will not fit due to the oil pick up on the plastic pan. If you search this forum there are write ups on how to do this. Make sure you order these parts from the dealer hope this helps
