as others have stated make them replace the flare that comes painted from the factory. even if they're able to match the color and gloss, they likely won't prep it correctly and you will get crazy rock chips.

Exactly - and I was told at one point a flex-additive needs to be sprayed first when prepping due to the flares..... Uhhhh..... Flexibility. Get a new flare . Period. Then lay a massive ******* upper decker in their bathroom.............or in their "****** little waiting room" if you desire !!

I dropped off my truck for the first oil change. Picked it up and shortly after noticed rust on all my lug nuts. They scratched each one with the air tool. My new truck.

Came back. Service manager was skeptical, like I was scamming. Asked how many lugs were damages, how many miles on the truck. Because it was low mileage, "it should not have damaged the lugs". The fact the mileage had something to do with their negligence pissed me off. They said they'd order new lugs. Came by the dealer a few weeks later after no word or call. Parts told me, "we'll put the order in right away."

Update: Brought truck back to dealership for them to look at fender - they agreed to replace the flare.
I likely won't return to this dealership for more service (they likewise chipped the paint on my wheels around lug nuts when they rotated wheels). All in all a bad experience.

I'm with you man. I've had my lightning in to Universal ford down here and they kept ******** stuff up. Worst was when I had only 1000 miles on her, being 10 years old, and they tracked oil and grease into my carpet after getting the windshield replaced.
