It made a significant (good) sound difference on my Hemi Grand Cherokee but I'm still fence-sitting on it for the Gen2 Raptor. I'm worried instead of adding a good deep sound it will end up just sounding like a loud 6-cylinder -- which I very much do not want.

So, I got quote on from a shop for CAI and asked how much hp wil it add. The tech said 125hp easily. Having run high hp sports cars for decades I knew that was a huge stretch, but then I have never had a turbo V6.
Having the MPT tune for the truck I thought I better ask them to see if the tune would need to be altered AND to see if I was being spun a web of lies.
MPT said the same thing, waste of money!

I installed the Roush CAI ( CA. legal ) and it added a lot more sound ! I also unplugged the blow off valve exhaust and plugged the return with an aftermarket billet plug, and I have all the sound I need !
