Every light manufacture can have issues. I have all BD lights up front. Two outside lights are amber fog lights. Both have developed leaks and were returned at different times. The outfitter I bought them at returned them. Other than slow on the return they honored the warranty and provided a new light each time. Odd the amber was the only lights to leak, the clear ones have been fine as has the lightbar.
I do drive through heavy rains and I would have thought the ponding on the roads on the right side would be the culprit. I just feel that the batch was not sealed properly.
