Damn @AbnMP13 you got lucky. Glad to see it didn't really **** up the truck the could have been a lot worse. Those Adam's products are awesome.

I was told by my insurance agent that if something falls off a truck and hits your vehicle without hitting the ground then liability can be put on the driver of that truck. But if it hits the ground and then hits you, then you are most likely out of luck as supposedly it could of been avoided.

So, I know exactly what to say if anything hits my truck that came off another truck.

At least in VA the truck driver is still at fault due to improperly secured load. Went through this a couple of years ago and there insurance paid out for the damage caused by ac duct being dropped on the highway!
